About a month after our interview to be part of MD's famous PRR, we finally got the answer. On the 8th April, we were invited to a whatsapp group and there it was '2018 PRR FAMILY', we were ecstatic but what was next? We had no idea what was in store for us and as if hearing our thoughts we received a notification from Cikgu that informed us to our first meeting and eventually our first team building on 22nd April.

I'm sure everyone was excited for it but there was also that little bit of fear that lived inside of us. Fear of meeting new people, fear of not 'clicking' with our supposedly new family and most importantly, fear of what was to be expected.

The day came and it couldn't have turned out to be any better. Let's just say it was worth waking up at 6AM on a Sunday and spending roughly ten hours at school.

We got to meet our super seniors, seniors, teachers and other speakers who were invited. Our sessions were divided into the morning and afternoon session.

We started off the morning session familiarising ourselves with our super seniors with sharing sessions and ice breaking games followed by a delicious breakfast courtesy of Cikgu. We continued the day with a few team work games where we were given two qualities; negative and positive, in a leader and create a scenario with it. In the next game we were given normal everyday objects such as a hanger and think out of the box. We had no limits to our imagination, some even said it could be used for archery! After coming up with several different uses we were to advertise it. After the games ended we were welcomed with a sharing session by Sophia, the President and finally a lunch break.

The afternoon session were filled with more sharing sessions and talks from seniors, super seniors and invited guests, Awang Md Haziq Hisyam and Awang Muhammad Nuriskandar Hasnan. We ended the day with a game where we had to divide ourselves into groups consisting of a senior and basically try to finish the games first, which was quite challenging as they were games waiting for us on every level of the SIT building. Nevertheless we overcame it and ended it with a bang! Before we ended the day we had a self reflection where Cikgu shared some of her thoughts on the day and called out some volunteers to share their experience throughout the day. Last but not least, a photo session with the Seniors, Super Seniors and Cikgu!
