Appointment Ceremony 2018/2019

As the date ( 12th May 2018) for the appointment ceremony approached, anxiety started to seep in. Everyone busied themselves with their own task, paying attention to every little detail down to the last dot to make sure everything runs smoothly for the big day. We even came on a Friday to rehearse one last time.

The event started off with the principal giving her opening speech,

and the guest of honour giving his. Then, certificates were given to the seniors as a token of appreciation for their hard work during the past year followed by the letter of appointment for us, the new members of prr.

The badges for the ajks and heads of bureaus were next to be given. Everyone waited in anticipation as to who will be appointed for the positions.

After that, Sophia, the president of prr 17/18 gave a beautiful speech on what it meant to be part of PRR and what she has gained from it. The speech by Sophia ended with the seniors simultaneously opening their badge together, which created a sorrowful ambience.

Jason, the newly elected president of PRR 18/19, followed suit with a speech of his own to promise to do his duties well.

The event ended with a photo-taking session and everyone enjoying the refreshment provided.
